Jefferson Community Foundation, in response to multiple requests from nonprofit partners, is conducting a confidential compensation survey among Jefferson County nonprofits. We are asking every nonprofit with paid staff in Jefferson County to participate so that results can be as reliable, comprehensive and anonymous as possible. This local salary survey should take between 5 and 25 minutes, depending on the size of your organization.
To participate, please complete the attached excel file and email your completed survey to Sarah Hadlock at firstname.lastname@example.org by July 1st, 2019. Because we want to ensure the confidentiality and anonymity of your responses, Sarah - a registered CPA that works at The Business Guides - will be the only person to see the data in raw form. She has signed a confidentiality agreement and will share only anonymous and analyzed data with me and the rest of the staff here at JCF. We are taking great care to ensure that no one organization or individual will be identifiable in the presentation of the data. Results will be analyzed and presented in a manner that protects the identity of individuals and organizations.
Once the data is received, Sarah will analyze salary and benefits information through the lenses of position/level, sector, gender, size of organization and geographic region. I have included a page from Guidestar compensation data, as an example of what Jefferson County data could be displayed. With a community as unique and engaged as ours, there is bound to be interesting information. We will share this data with all organizations that participate.
Please do participate. The larger the number of participants, the stronger the results.
