Values

Integrity — Leadership — Innovation — Collaboration

Jefferson Community Foundation (JCF) started when a small group of community members were inspired to create an organization to connect people who care with causes that matter and to build an endowment for the future needs of the people of Jefferson County, Washington. Since then JCF has grown to manage almost $1.7 million in assets on behalf of the community. As a result of donors investing in our community and our organization, we are able to have stronger nonprofits, student scholarships, strong social safety net services, support for women and girls, quality youth programming, thriving arts organizations, and a healthy Salish Sea region. We have achieved this by working with people committed to making Jefferson County a great place to live, work, raise a family and retire.

Jefferson Community Foundation is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and community partner. We do not discriminate based upon race, religion, color, national origin, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, or any other basis. We celebrate diversity and seek to engage all who live in our wonderful community.
