Jefferson Community Foundation wants to be your partner in finding funding for your nonprofit programs and operational needs.
- Our office has a free online Funding Information Center which has been provided with support from Medina Foundation and the PT Public Library. You can come in and be trained any Friday, on the most effective way to search for funding opportunities, and then you are welcome to come in and peruse on your own any time our office is open during the rest of the week.
- Applications are due NOW (by May 31, 2018) for a new exciting opportunity. In October we are launching the brand new GIVE JEFFERSON campaign, and if you are a 501C3 you are welcome to apply. If you don’t find your organization on the list when you open the application link, give our office a call and we will try to assist you.

Give Jefferson is the United Good Neighbors’ 2018 Annual Campaign - PLUS:
- UGN is pleased to welcome Jefferson Community Foundation (JCF) as a presenting partner helping to manage the campaign;
- ALL nonprofits in Jefferson County are invited to submit proposals, not only traditional UGN partners.
